About Christos

Born in the beautiful island of Cyprus, Christos spent over three decades studying Greek philosophers, Western philosophy and Greek Christian Orthodoxy teachings. He studied Zen and Sufi traditions, analyzed the hidden Gospels, the teachings of Edgar Cayce, Shamanism, and other philosophies throughout the world. His journey from the world of logic and technology led him inward — to a life dedicated to spiritual healing and conscious living.

Father of three sons, author of three books, and a certified life coach with over 38 years of meditation practice, Christos brings warmth, depth, and genuine care to every session.
