Who we are

This website is run by Christos Pashiardis, Life Coach International, Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact: christos@egroup.com.cy · WhatsApp +357 99 618 495.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message, so we can reply to you. The message is sent to us by email.
• Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you practices and news. The form is processed by the FormSubmit service. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
• Analytics: only if you click "Accept", Google Analytics sets cookies to tell us which pages are visited. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Free downloads

To download from the Free Library you give your name and email, and optionally your phone number. We email you a link to confirm your address. We use your email to send the download, invitations to our healing circles and occasional news, and your phone number (only if you give it) to send messages about online healing sessions. A small cookie remembers for 30 days that you confirmed, so you are not asked again. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep messages and email addresses only as long as needed to answer you or send you the newsletter, and delete them when you ask.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Sessions and resources

Sessions, articles and downloads support your wellbeing and spiritual growth. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace the care of a doctor or licensed professional.
